Good product, unresponsive support

So if you get this product setup and working, it works well. However, even if you pay for the product on your phone and computer (like I did), there is no response from the company on Twitter or contacting support through the app. 3 stars could have easily been five if I had some simple questions answered, but the company is not responsive. Only buy this if you are technical enough to figure out everything on your own, and creative enough to work around bugs setting up accounts.
